SellerPilot AI is built to help honest sellers move faster. To keep the platform safe and high-quality for everyone, we ask that you do not use the Service for any of the activities below. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Do not use SellerPilot AI to plan, promote, facilitate or carry out activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Do not upload, generate or distribute content that infringes someone else's copyright. Only use images, text and assets you own or have permission to use. See our Copyright Policy.
Do not misuse third-party logos, brand names or trade dress in a way that could confuse buyers about the source or endorsement of a product.
Do not use the Service to deceive buyers, falsify listings, manipulate reviews, or carry out chargeback or payment fraud.
Do not upload or distribute malware, viruses, spyware, trojans or any code intended to harm systems or users.
Do not use the Service to generate or distribute unsolicited bulk messages, scraped contact lists, or low-quality SEO spam.
Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities outside a responsible-disclosure program.
Do not run automated scripts, bots or scrapers that consume disproportionate resources, evade rate limits or extract content in bulk without permission.
Do not use SellerPilot AI to create listings for products that do not exist, that you cannot fulfil, or that misrepresent material attributes (size, materials, origin, etc.).
Do not use the Service to market counterfeit, replica or unauthorized versions of branded products.
Do not upload or generate sexual content involving minors, content that promotes self-harm, violent extremism, hateful conduct or any content that endangers people.
Report violations of this policy to abuse@sellerpilot.ai. We review every report.
