The rules of the road for using SellerPilot AI.

SellerPilot AI is a productivity suite for ecommerce sellers that includes AI product photography, AI listing content, a price calculator, an invoice generator, QR & barcode tooling and related workflows. Features evolve continuously; we may add, change or retire capabilities with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using SellerPilot AI you confirm you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please use a strong password, keep your email up to date, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
SellerPilot AI offers Free, Pro and Business plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Plan features, limits and prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change with reasonable notice. Taxes may apply based on your billing region.
Some AI features consume credits. Credits are tied to your billing cycle, are non-transferable, have no cash value and do not roll over unless explicitly stated. We may adjust per-feature credit costs as models and providers change; meaningful changes will be communicated in advance.
Outputs produced by AI features are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts or unintended elements. You retain ownership of the inputs you upload and receive a license to use the outputs for lawful commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying every output before publishing or commercial use.
You agree that you own (or have permission to use) any content you upload, that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws, and that you will not misrepresent products in your listings. You are solely responsible for the listings and decisions you create using the Service.

The Service, including its software, UI, branding and documentation, is owned by SellerPilot AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of your uploads. Outputs you generate are licensed to you for commercial use, subject to these Terms.
SellerPilot AI is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Meesho, Myntra or any other marketplace unless explicitly stated. Each marketplace has its own listing policies; you remain responsible for ensuring your listings comply. See the Marketplace Disclaimer.
AI outputs are generated by machine-learning models and may contain mistakes. The Service does not provide legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Please review every output carefully before relying on it. See the AI Disclaimer.
We work hard to keep the Service available, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages or factors outside our reasonable control may cause downtime. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service or pose a security risk. Where reasonable, we will notify you and offer an opportunity to cure the issue.
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate accounts for material breach. On termination your right to use the Service ends and stored data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period, subject to our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerPilot AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold SellerPilot AI harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SellerPilot AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
From time to time we may release beta, preview or experimental features. These are clearly labeled and provided "as is" without warranties. They may change, become paid, or be discontinued at any time without liability to us.
Plans are designed for normal, good-faith use by a single business. Usage that consistently and substantially exceeds the patterns of comparable customers, or that appears automated, abusive or designed to evade plan limits, may be throttled or migrated to a higher tier with notice.
You agree not to scrape the Service, bypass rate limits, share credentials across organizations, or use automation to artificially inflate usage. We may apply rate limits, IP blocks or account suspension to protect Service stability.
You retain ownership of your inputs (uploads, prompts, brand assets). You receive a worldwide, royalty-free license to use AI outputs you generate for any lawful commercial purpose. We retain all rights to the Service, its software, models, integrations and brand. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our IP to you.
You are solely responsible for content you upload or generate, including ensuring you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe third-party rights, violate laws, or breach marketplace policies. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
You must comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including those of India, the United States, the European Union and the United Kingdom. You may not use the Service in violation of any export restriction or re-export it to prohibited destinations.
You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident of any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not listed on any sanctions list maintained by the UN, EU, UK, US (OFAC) or India. We may suspend accounts to comply with applicable sanctions.
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, governmental action, internet, hosting or AI-provider outages, or labor disputes. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
Provisions which by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and these miscellaneous clauses — will survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and any plan-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and SellerPilot AI regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' intent.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, with notice to you.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of SellerPilot AI to be effective.
