Privacy Policy

We collect information you give us directly, information collected automatically as you use the Service, and information shared with us by third parties such as OAuth providers.

When you sign up we collect your name, email and authentication identifiers. If you sign in with Google we receive basic profile data (name, email, avatar) returned by Google.

Images you upload are stored in private, user-scoped storage and used only to power the AI features you request (analysis, generation, exports). We do not use your uploads to train public AI models.

Generated outputs and the prompts used to create them are stored in your account so you can revisit, edit and export them. Associated metadata powers history, usage analytics and quota.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and user preferences (such as theme). We do not use advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We collect aggregated, pseudonymous usage analytics to understand how the Service is used and to prioritize improvements. Analytics data does not include the contents of your uploads or generations.

We rely on trusted infrastructure and AI providers (hosting, database, model providers) to operate the Service. These vendors process data only on our behalf, under contractual safeguards.

Your data is stored in secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted through row-level security policies and least-privilege roles.

We follow industry-standard practices including TLS in transit, encryption at rest, password hashing, rate limiting, audit logs and continuous security scanning. No system is perfectly secure; please report suspected vulnerabilities to security@sellerpilot.ai.

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the following legal bases: (i) contract performance to deliver the Service you subscribed to; (ii) legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Service; (iii) consent for optional analytics cookies; and (iv) legal obligation for tax, accounting and compliance.

• Provide, maintain and improve the Service;
• Authenticate users and prevent abuse;
• Process payments, invoices and subscription management;
• Deliver AI features that you explicitly request;
• Send transactional and (optional) product communications;
• Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

AI features are powered through OpenRouter using approved free third-party models (currently the NVIDIA Nemotron and OpenAI gpt-oss families). Inputs you submit to AI features (such as product images and prompts) are transmitted to these providers solely to generate the output you requested. Providers process this data on our behalf under contractual safeguards and do not use your data to train their public models.

• Account data — retained while your account is active and up to 30 days after deletion.
• Uploads & generated content — retained until you delete them or close your account.
• Billing & tax records — retained for the period required by applicable law (typically 7 years).
• Security & audit logs — retained for up to 12 months.

The Service may process and store data in regions outside your country of residence, including the United States, the European Union and India. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and equivalent mechanisms to govern cross-border transfers.

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.

You can request a portable copy of your account data (profile, projects, generated assets metadata) from Settings → Account → Request data export. Exports are delivered within 30 days as a downloadable archive.

If you are located in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, you have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our Data Protection contact is privacy@sellerpilot.ai.

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, email privacy@sellerpilot.ai.

If you are located in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 applies to processing of your personal data. You have the right to access, correct, update and erase your personal data, to grievance redressal, and to nominate another individual to exercise your rights. If we become aware of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and, where required by law, the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

SellerPilot AI is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

You can delete your account from Settings → Account. Deletion removes your profile, uploads, generations and associated metadata within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
