How we handle copyright reports and counter-notices.

SellerPilot AI respects the intellectual property of others and expects users of the Service to do the same.
You are responsible for ensuring that any images, text or assets you upload or generate using SellerPilot AI do not infringe third-party copyrights. Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
If you believe content on SellerPilot AI infringes your copyright, please send a notice including:
When we receive a valid notice we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported material and notify the user who posted it.
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We will share the counter-notice with the original complainant.
We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
